Quality Guarantee

What is your quality guarantee? We guarantee our manufacturing. Your Naja products are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing and workmanship defects. If you have a problem with your product, please email support@naja.co and we'll exchange it for the same or similar product. Naja's Guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Sizing

Will you be offering more sizes? Yes. We currently carry sizes XS, S, M, L, XL in panties and 32B-DDD, 34B-DDD, 36 B-DD in bras. If you love a product and wish to request your size, please indicate so on the product page or email us at wantmysize@naja.co and we will email you as soon as it is available.

Returns

How do I return an item? Please email us at support@naja.co and we will gladly help you out.
How long do I have to return an item?

Merchandise may be returned for exchange or a full refund if returned within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets the conditions specified for returns. For information on returning bras, please see our FAQ entitled “Are bras returnable?” for information on returning panties, please see our FAQ entitled “Are panties returnable?”.

Are bras returnable?

Yes. Unworn bras with the tags still on are returnable for exchange or a full refund if returned within 15 days of receiving your order. Because our designs are limited edition and not offered on our site for a very long time, orders returned after the 15 day return period can not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Are panties returnable?

Yes. Panties are returnable for exchange or a full refund if returned within 15 days of receiving your order as long as the liner has not been tampered with or removed. For health reasons, if the liner has been tampered with or removed, we will not be able to accept the return and will return to sender. We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. If you have received a defective panty or have questions in regards to fit please email us at

Is swimwear returnable?

Yes. Swimwear is returnable for exchange or a full refund if returned within 15 days of receiving your order as long as the liner has not been tampered with or removed. For health reasons, if the liner has been tampered with or removed, we will not be able to accept the return and will return to sender.

Shipping 

When can I expect a shipping confirmation to be sent?

Please allow 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday) for us to process your order. Once it has been packed and shipped, you'll receive the shipping confirmation with tracking details. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@naja.co.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship globally via USPS.  Please note that the buyer is subject to tax and duties upon import. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay the fees, which may vary by country.
What are your shipping options and rates? All orders are shipped via USPS.  We offer free shipping in the US on orders over $75. Shipments to Canada start at $8.42 USD. Shipping to the rest of the world begins at $25 USD. All international orders are shipped via USPS international mail.Please note that the buyer is subject to tax and duties upon import. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay the fees, which may vary by country. Priority and Express Mail options are available at checkout for an additional fee based on your location. 
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
Once we ship, the delivery time is dependent on the postal service. During the holidays, please allow extra time for delivery of your order. Double check the tracking info found in the shipping confirmation email to see if your package is still in transit. If it says "delivered," please contact your local post office and also send us an email at support@naja.co so we can help with filing a claim if necessary. 

We ship to the address specified in the order. Please make sure that you entered your information correctly. We are not responsible for issues relating to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
What is pre-order & when will my items ship? Pre-order is a way of guaranteeing you will receive the product you want in your size. Items are in pre-ordered anywhere from 8 weeks to 12 weeks unless stated other wise and ship about a week after we receive the inventory in our warehouse. We do our best to include delivery estimates on the product pages for your convenience. If there are ever any delays in production, we reach out to our customers as soon as we foresee a possible delay.  Once items are out of pre-order they are listed on the website and available until we sell out of inventory.
